Warranty and Refund/Return Policy

Warranty on Products:

Trent Trading Corporation(TTC) always strive to supply quality products free from any defects. However there are times when products do fail for one reason or another. Our warranty policy covers our products for defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. This warranty does not includes items specifically identified as not returnable as-is items on our Return Policy mentioned below. This warranty does not provide for the return of used items due to incompatibility with your application.

All warranty claims for the items are subject to the following conditions and limitations:

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The Customer shall permit analysis time of the item and case by a company representative.
  2. This warranty is void if the item is subject to misuse, abuse, visible physical damage, or if it becomes unusable due to fire, wreckage, flooding, freezing, or any other acts of God.
  3. In no event shall TTC be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or loss. As stated herein, TTC shall not be liable for any defects in transit
  4. This limited warranty shall apply to the original purchaser (Customerr) and is not transferable.
  5. The user shall promptly inform TTC in the event of an alleged defect.
  6. Electronic items including CDIs, regulators, coils and sensors etc are tested at the factory and cannot be covered under warranty due to the possibility of faults in the host bike which can instantly damage electronic parts
  7. Warranty claims from couriers and shipping agents must  pursue by the customer with the company concerned. We are restricted to take action over damage or loss incurred over the delivery of a package.


Procedure:

To file a warranty claim, please e-mail us to amit@ttrading.org with the following information:

 

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order Number (if available)
  • Details of the problems you're experiencing with your item



Please ensure that the shipping cost of a warrantied item back to us for inspection is the responsibility of the customer. All warranties cover the cost of a replacement item and the cost of shipping that replacement item to the customer, but they do not cover the cost of shipping the original item back to TTC for inspection.

All refunds and returns are made through sole discretion of Trent Trading Corporation.

If an item is shipped back to us for warranty inspection and we determine that the item is still in good useable condition or that the warranty was voided because one of the conditions and limitations applies, then the cost of shipping the item back to the customer will be the customer's responsibility.

Return and Refund:
 

Under following conditions TTC cant make a refund or return

  • Damage of item through physical or natural accident
  • Misused it and caused a fault
  • Mechanical Damage through wrong fitting

All goods sold will match their description and should not mislead – whether this is said by a sales assistant, or written on the packaging, in-store, on advertising materials or in a catalog our quality of goods includes

  • Appearance and finish
  • Freedom from minor defects (such as marks or holes)
  • Safe to use
  • In good working order
  • Durability
